Conflict of Interest
The agencies operate as though they are a member of the secret service. They conduct business in an atmosphere of complete secrecy while
at the same time displaying an aura of optimism.
Here are just a few of their secret conditions they truly suspect professionals should agree too and would like you to believe is the norm.
(when I first heard this I thought I was hallucinating)
Unethical Practice
Will NOT reveal the company's rate structure for your services
Will NOT reveal the hiring company unless they receive something in exchange
Refuse to give you their reference but demand yours
Advertise job openings where the firm does NOT have bona fide job order.
Demand that you reveal your current salary and salary history
You are told NOT to reveal your pay rate to anyone
You are NOT allowed to work for company after completion of job without
first consulting the recruiting agency
For posted jobs they will NOT reveal their contact name other than recruiter
Will request that you reveal names of companies you are currently interviewing.
If you reveal the names the agency will exploit the position for their own gain,
competing against you
If they send you out to an interview, they will demand you call immediately after wards.
The agency will then probe you to what type of question the hiring company asked.
Do NOT reveal any additional information the agency already told you prior to the
interview. If you tell them more, they will scan their database and/or call the client back to inform them
they have a better candidate that meets their requirements.
|
You are performing the services and should demand what the agency is paying for your services.
|
|
Is this not questionable practices, mischievous activity a secret devious trick?
For possible psychological and conditioned reasoning amateurs feel compelled to carry
out the firms blatantly and obvious manipulative move
to transfer control of the job search away from themselves and into the arms of the recruiter. If anyone actually believes this is the norm,
they may need to back away from their job search right now and get some real counseling or some type of deprogramming.
To cut through this fundamental manipulation of the job market simply ask the agency a few legitimate question and listen to how
they acknowledge in response.
"Are you willing to disclose all information on the table such as -full bill rate-?”
"Do you require a sign contract stating I can NOT negotiate directly with client for additional work upon completion
of my services?"
|
As agencies continue to conduct business with disrespect towards the standard code of ethics, the states legislation momentum
begins to accelerate, initiating several bills...
|
|
If the answer is no and yes respectively you should suspect manipulation is impending.
Do not allow yourself to be misdirected and manipulated by the firm.
The agency is obviously not a legitimate firm to do business with.
Only unsuspecting amateurs will allow themselves to be captured in the agencies extreme silliness.
By agreeing to terms that prohibit direct employee relationship with the company upon completion of your services will allow the agency to
retain control of the relationship between you and the company. With this lack of control and visibility, you are destined to position
yourself as a dependent, instead of an independent, contractor. Future services from you will not only depend on your past
performance but will also depend on the agency client relationship in which you have no control.
Only amateurs will subscribed to such enormous complacency.
The firms will have you believe their fee structure is private information and signed contracts preventing direct negotiation
for future employment is the norm. There is no justification to warrant such conditions. You are performing the services and
should demand what the agency is paying for your services.
As agencies continue to conduct business with disrespect towards the standard code of ethics, the states legislation momentum begins to accelerate,
initiating several bills to correct deception and fraud by the firms. The following bills are currently pending legislation.

Qualifications
With the continued trend for agencies to operate in an unethical and manipulative manner recruiting professionals and firms
have looked for ways to separate themselves from the crowd of bad apples or would like you to believe.
Few companies realize recruiters can be certified such as a Certified Personnel Consultants - CPC or Certified
Temporary-Staffing Specialists - CTS.
Rest assure a certified recruiter is no guarantee they will operate in a professional manner. They may indeed be the master of
manipulation as this may be another tool to deceive the general public.
Whats unusual about the secret service is when they first call you. They immediately believe or want you to believe you should automatically
allow them to represent you in your profession with no questions asked. You have to ask yourself several question
Are they certified -CPC or CTS?
What are their negotiation skills?
How long have they been in business?
What is their fee structure? in competition the client may go else where for a better rate -leaving you behind

The fundamental operations of these firms capitalize on your fear of unemployment or your immediate desire to find a better job opportunity.
The firm knows this well and will position themselves to create the perceptions only amateurs will listen to.
This potentially eerie situation clearly demonstrates to any professional that agencies today are simply bogus. You may be
surprised how many professional like myself stay clear and far from these headhunters. Instead of wasting precious
time calling the secret service we call the companies direct and speak to the hiring manager or employees like our self.
The end result, we have established an outstanding connection, contact and network.

to ask the headhunter before you do business with them.

Job Market Analysis
I find it quite alarming agencies believe they have developed some type of "model" which they use to evaluate the potential
job market. Quarterly reports are published by a few agency based purely on speculative and unfounded facts.
As they masquerade as job market strategists they miserable fail to understand the shortage of qualified workers. This shortage they speak
of is really a shortage of professional willing to agree to their bogus contract in which only amateurs will sign and agree.
Substantiated not by fact and reality their analysis is based on captured amateurs and non-cooperative professional.
Why the Secrecy?
If you act aggressively as a professional by establishing direct contact with the hiring manager you will have
established your personnel client list.
|
you are deteriorating their network by removing the job market away from their hands to yours
|
|
Recruiting agencies and their employed group of imbeciles perceive this action as direct
threat in competition. Basically, you are deteriorating their network by removing the job market away from their hands to yours.
Agencies prefer candidate to be less aggressive in their job search. You can rest assure to minimize any losses they will not reveal any information that imposes a direct
threat in obtaining their goal.
Learn New Habits
Agencies would prefer to accumulate their position of contacts and candidates by controlling virtually every aspect of the job market.
Unless you have the intestinal fortitude and psychological strength to endure the silliness that is often generated by the agencies,
it will be to your advantage to initiate your job search without complacency of the firm.
You will soon learn the professional's main advantage is the firm's absurd level of amateurs contained in their portfolio.
Firms will continue desperately to create and retain control of established networks by planting seeds and mutant statistics to the general public and
corporate America. They want you to believe they provided leadership in the direction of job opportunities. Please folks, understand it is fallacy and a fabrication of the
agencies that they are the panacea for all job employment opportunities.
While recruiting agents continue to conjure up a utopia for amateurs to believe they can ensure sustained prosperity, I will expose methods and
procedures to locate contact names of real hiring managers ... from real companies.
